Chapitre 4: Chapter 4: Pranks & World History! Batwoman!?!
If one was on the buildings of New York Manhattan, then they would hear maniacal laughter ringing throughout the city.
" Mom, I'm scared." A young child said, looking at his Mother, hearing that laugher, outside a restaurant their In.
" Honey, it's okay. It's probably just the air. Yeah, just the air." The Mother said, not fully believing herself.
*Whoosh!*
Suddenly appearing In front of them, is an emotionless child around 12 years old with lengthy black hair and bright ruby eyes, wearing all-black clothes.
" Peek a boo~!" Shouting out this, the child disappeared.
" Ahhhhh! Waaaa!!!" Crying out, the younger child screamed with tears running down his face, falling and hitting the floor off his chair, face first, probably breaking something.
These types of events happened all over New York. And who they happened to, called 911 Immediately, reporting a demonic child coming out of thin air, scaring them shitless, or messing with something around their house, with few getting face painted as a clown with a large blood-red smile, covering their mouths and lower faces.
Hearing all the reports, all the cops thought,' Who the fuck gave a child the ability to teleport anywhere he wants?!?'
Following these odd events, some cops went to all the awakening centers, and questioned the Doctors and all the staff, to see if a person awakened the ability to teleport recently. However, as luck would have it for Loki, nothing turned up, giving them an even more overwhelming headache.
Reading all the reports the Chief Of Police: Rick Grimstone, thought looking at a window,' Tsk! Young people these days. Especially those Ability-Users, thinking they themselves above the Law. Humph! I will show them my fist of love.'

Ability-Users wise are usually called [Parahumans], [Mutants], and [Meta-Humans] by the world and most other worlds In the Southern region in the Galaxy where Earth is placed. The first Parahuman on Earth was manifested through a newborn baby in New York on the year of: 2069, with the ability to emit and control sunlight from its body. After this phenomenon, many people around the world began to manifest different kinds of superpowers and abilities, which later became known as Meta Abilities. While the cause of this phenomenon is unknown it has been theorized that it was caused by the spread of a previously unknown virus carried by some unknown asteroid from the deep dark wonders of space, although this theory had no hard evidence to prove its case as of yet.
The dawn of this extraordinary era was marred by a breakdown of society caused by the sudden onslaught of criminals empowered by their newfound "superpowers" and ordinary people being prejudiced against the new minority.
As chaos and unrest ensued due to the outbreak of Meta Abilities, ordinary civilians decided to take matters into their own hands to bring order to society and thus the first "Heroes" appeared in the form of vigilantes and thus beginning the Hero/Vigilante Era, around the year of: 2070-to-2080, where the minority named the "Heroes" Capes and Superheroes, and Vigilantes, costumed crime fighters and masked Heroes.
As society adapted to the new status quo, the Police Forces around the world moved rapidly to prioritize leadership and to maintain the status quo, and as such, where if you're an Ability-User, you can only freely use your [Power] at the age of 16 years old, with a new [Meta ID] showcasing such. To fill that void, the profession of crime-fighting Ability-User, Superheroes, began to exist, starting in Rhode Island, USA, which caused the Vigilantes to slowly disappear somewhat. Authorizing the use of powers that could so easily kill, however, was a greatly criticized decision at first, but eventually became accepted as a legitimate occupation. This became known as the [Advent of the Extraordinary].
Furthermore, currently, roughly 60% of the people who make up the global population possess a supernatural ability, and that percentage continues to increase.

Reading all of this from a book he 'borrowed', Loki thought,' Huh, why does this sound familiar?' After some thinking, he shook his head, throwing the book off the skyscraper he's on, and said," Whatever, I'll read into it later."
With nothing to do now, he pulled out his phone and dialed a number. After three rings, a sensual alluring mature female voice said on the other end," Hello~ This United Intergalactic Traveling, how may I be of help to you, today?"
" 277353. 50 Galaxy Coins." Loki said, plainly with a blank expression.
" Understood. 177013. In-6: 6-00 PM-Drei-Dydds. Have a good day." The female said, before hanging up.
' So the 6th Celestial-Gate at 6:00 PM, in three days. That would leave plenty of time to get a Grew.' Loki thought, with a cheerful childish smile.
However, Interrupting this great moment is a cold and serious mature female voice behind Loki," Alright little one, let's get you home and talk about what you done today."
" Ah, Batwoman, how's life been treating you?" Loki asked, spinning on his heels to the named: Batwoman.
In front of Loki is a beautiful curvaceous and voluptuous female with long elegant scarlet hair, wearing a black and red suit. The suit's overall appearance consisted of a pair of military-like pants with kevlar plating in the thigh area. The body consisted of a heavy amount of kevlar padding centered around the chest area, hiding her well-developed perky middle-sized breasts. Her boots appeared identical to the later suits boot except the knee guards were made up of a strong reinforced carbon fiber / plastic material.
" Good. Now let's get going." Batwoman said plainly as she started walking to Loki.
" Nope~"
" What do you mean, 'Nope'?" Batwoman asked, still walking from the other side of the skyscraper they are on.
" Because, why would you stop you're best friend," Loki said, as his eyes transformed to a four-point pinwheel pattern, that gave even the indifferent cold Batwoman chills running down her back.
" You're not my best... Friend?... No, you are my best friend. NO, he isn't!... What do you mean you he is our best friend?... He can't be! He's-He's..." Suddenly falling to her knees, Batwomen started hearing all sorts of voices, granting her many different emotions.
" He's My Best Friend. My Only Friend." However, after who knows all long, she submitted to the voices, that is Loki. Because after all, who/what doesn't want do submit to a God?
Watching her 'change of heart', Loki smiled and walked In front of her. Taking her chin using his right hand, he brought her face up to his, as he spoke in a calming and fond tone, that made his eyes start spinning rapidly," You are my very best friends. You hold me dear, above all other things. You love me. You live for me. My hopes are your hopes, my dreams are your dreams, my values are your values, and nothing in this or any other worlds matters more to you than me."
Listening to his calming friendly voice the Batwoman's eyes glazed over him for a moment before she smiled, relaxing her stiff ready posture.
If anyone ever watched a Certain anime, then they would probably start feeling a nearly bone-deep terror tingling down their spine at the completely casual way the Loki had thrown everything out the window. Now Batwoman had an entirely new set of memories now, a new life where her best and dearest friend had always been [Loki Kaiser Schweinorg], who will do anything for his Love and Praise, just like the four soldiers before.
" Loki! It's been so long, how are you?" Batwoman questioned casually, looking at Loki with everlasting loving and caring eyes.
" Hey Kate, I'm doing good, but better now you're here," Loki answer, still smiling fondly and calmly at his new 'best friend'.
" Ah, that's good to hear. So what do you to do?" She asked still kneeling to him.
" Nothing right. Can you just wait for me In here?" Loki said, opening a portal to his Kamui Dimension by himself.
" Sure. How Fun~!" Nodding, Kate(Batwoman) kissed his right cheek with a giggle and disappeared Into the spiralling void.
" Oh, I will. Trust Me." Mumbling to himself, he vanished from where he was.
