Thirteen threw his arms forward, whipping his chains at Aokiji. One of them wrapped around his leg and the other wrapped around his arm, Thirteen pulled on the chains and jumped at Aokiji. One of the chains ripped his leg to ice and the other pulled on his, still black, arm.
Thirteen flipped in the air and stomped at Aokiji's head, only to be blocked by Aokiji's palm as he said "Hmm… That's strange." Thirteen kicked off him and landed on the ground.
Aokiji looked at Thirteen and the ground started freezing as he flashed to Thirteen, swinging his palm at his head.
Thirteen fell backwards and dodged the palm, kicking at Aokiji's head. Aokiji tilted his head and grabbed at Thirteen's leg.
Thirteen's eyes flashed and he swung his arms forward, throwing his chains around his own leg. He pulled and his foot slipped under Aokiji's palm, spinning Thirteen behind Aokiji.
Aokiji was stunned and Thirteen's eyes flashed as he raised his leg, locking his leg around Aokiji's head. He threw his hands at the ground and stabbed his chains into the ice, pulling himself up.
Thirteen's leg flashed black and he spun Aokiji to the ground, slamming him into the ice with a shocked expression on his face. Thirteen looked at Aokiji and jumped away quickly, Aokiji appeared over him and kicked him in the back, sending him bouncing across the ice.
Aokiji landed on the ice and muttered "So he has it?" still confused.
Thirteen got up and shook a bit, he looked at Aokiji, trying to stand.
Suddenly.
A hand patted his shoulder.
It was very warm.
Thirteen looked up and Luffy was looking at Aokiji with a solemn face. He looked down at Thirteen and smiled "You're not alone anymore." Thirteen was stunned, as Zoro and Sanji stood next to Luffy, Zoro cracked his neck and added "We can handle it." Sanji smirked "We beat a god before, what's a marine?"
Chopper landed next to them and transformed into Arm point as he said "We're not gonna leave you here." Usopp stood behind Thirteen and shook as he said "We're not gonna run a-away!"
Meanwhile, Nami and Robin were on the ship unable to do anything. Nami wasn't very good at combat, plus her clima-tact was getting upgraded, and Robin was a shivering mess. She was so scared she couldn't move.
She looked at the group and wanted to shout 'It's suicide! You can't win!' but she didn't have the strength to do so. Nami looked over and patted her shoulder.
Robin turned to her and Nami smiled "Don't worry, these guys will never lose." Robin said "But-!" Nami smirked and cut her off, saying firmly, "Even if they die, they won't lose." Robin was confused, didn't you lose if you died?
It didn't make any sense to her.
Nami smiled and looked at the fight, what Robin didn't notice was that Nami's knuckles were white and her jaw was clenched.
Luffy looked at Aokiji and stayed solemn as Aokiji sighed "Is this really necessary?" Luffy said "Usopp. Fire." Usopp nodded and shot his slingshot in the air. The pachinko ball exploded in the air raining down some sort of power along with a liquid.
It rained in a big area with Aokiji in the center.
Usopp then shot another ball at the liquid while Aokiji looked curious, looking around. The shot hit the ground and all the powder exploded into flames with the liquid spreading it to the ground through the ice.
Aokiji was stunned and looked around to see fire everywhere. He was confused until Luffy appeared in front of him and punched him in the face. Aokiji didn't take it seriously until he noticed his feet were off the ground and he was flying backwards.
He was stunned and looked at himself, he was on fire.
Hm.
How did he miss that.
He turned to Luffy to see strange shells on his hands, blowing out fire occasionally. He understood, so they were hitting him with fire because they couldn't use haki… It seems like they have experience fighting Logias.
Sanji's leg exploded into flames and he charged at Aokiji, Zoro looked at the fire zone before jumping in. Chopper ran in after him as Usopp continued keeping the fire zone lit.
Thirteen got up and looked at the group fighting Aokiji before jumping in himself, the red tint in his eyes fading.
