These are the main professions that I want to trained inside the Pearl at the moment.

Initially Iyer and Pant will start collecting various stuff to grow and breed in the Pearl.
Subsequently when the Scale and Grade of the produce reaches a desired point then they will be start to be sold.
Now and additional plan will be added.
Various small-time teachers who have the ambition to make entire India literate will be asked to join the plan.
These teachers will enter the Pearl to practice and hone their teaching skills and gain experience.
After enough teachers join then these teachers will get together in the real world and join hands to start taking over various rural run-down schools and improve their student and teaching quality.
With the improvement in the education quality of rural areas I'm sure the attention of the government will be drawn.
That will be the time for a big movement.
By the time the government will notice the improvement of the educational quality, the rumors of it would have spread.
Everyone will be talking about the dream of a group of teachers who hope to make the entire India literate.
It does not matter whether this hope is real or fake because as long as it is spread many people will join and as more and more teachers join and enter the Pearl.
It might not be impossible to educate the entire population of India.
And later with the attention of the state the Teachers will gain the government support.
(If someone creates a problem let a snake enter his home. Anyway no one will know where the hell did a cross state snake come from. It will only be attributed to bad luck or a really capable assassin.)
This way a lot of future projects will be easy to enter as educational industry is the pillar of the country and as long as the pillar is strong it can bear a lot of things.

I urge everyone to speed up the recruitment process as that is the most important thing that needs to be done in the real world.
Upon getting the order both the guys speed up the recruitment process and within a year all states have at least one branch manager holding office.
At the same time the Pearl now has sufficient stock to begin sales.
So, starting with Delhi, Goa, Sikkim, Tripura, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Kerala, Haryana, the World Brand begins business.
Simultaneously the number of Teachers recruited by now has reached a total number of 20,000 nationally.
