Chapitre 19: The Hunt Begins
Deep within the thick woods, two obscure figures can be seen fighting each other fiercely. Xyno and Sett are fighting a wild Ekans who decided to attack them when they were wandering in the forest.
"Use Air Cutter!" Xyno tells Sett to attack.
Sett launches the attack which directly hits the Ekans. The wild Ekans faints on the spot.
Xyno throws a Pokeball at the fainted Ekans and catches it.
"Good progress. We have already caught 9 Pokemons. We still have the evening and tomorrow left to catch some more Pokemon."
2 days ago...…
"You are going to the Greenwood Forest to train Sett and the others? And you will be camping there for several days?"
"3 days to be exact. I need to train my partners more so they will be able to handle anything since no more challengers are appearing to challenge Sett. It would also be a good experience for me since I will be adventuring after I get my Junior Professor's degree from the Academy. Also since my research has already been completed and it will be publishing very soon, I don't have anything else to do at the moment. So I figured I can go train some and also find some decent Pokemons."
"Will you be okay? I mean isn't that Forest filled with Poison types and other dangerous Pokemons?" Chisato asks as she is worried for Xyno's health.
"I'll be fine. You have seen Sett fight. And I have two other very dependable allies. Anyway, I was thinking of going to the Shopping District to purchase some camping gear and Pokeballs. You want to come along?"
"Sure. I'll go with you wherever you want." Chisato replies with a big smile.
The Shopping District is a huge area located on the West side of Academy City, on the new Academy City while on the East side was the Old Academy City, featuring all the old styled building from since before the great war. Towards the middle of the City was the Pokemon Academy, named after the the great Elvis Sylvester.
When evening arrives, Xyno and Chisato start heading towards the Shopping District. On the way Chisato explains how different berries can affect the Pokemon according to their dislikes and dislikes. It seemed Chisato and Xyno were getting closer and closer to each other.
Upon arriving at the Shopping District, Xyno and Chisato stop at several buildings purchasing different camping equipment and Pokeballs.
When Xyno and Chisato enter the store they are greeted by the Shop owner who asks them what they are looking for.
"Welcome Sir and Ma'am. How may we help you today?" The Shop owner asks in a soft voice.
"We are here to purchase some camping gear like a tent, a sleeping bag and a portable stove."
"Sure, we have a variety of different Sleeping Bags, Tents and all other equipment required for camping safely outside in the woods."
After purchasing all the essentials from the store Xyno and Chisato head over to the Trainer shop to purchase some Pokeballs and other medicines.
The receptionist at the supermarket greets Xyno and Chisato.
"Welcome. How may we help you today?"
"We are looking for some medicines and Pokeballs."
Xyno purchases 20 Common Pokeballs. They are not very comfortable for the Pokemon residing in it but they are very cheap, and balls can be changed anytime.
Xyno further purchases 5 Potions, 4 Paralyze Heals, 4 Antidotes, and some a bunch of other medicines and herbs.
After picking out both proceed to the counter to check out and head over to the other store.
"20 Pokeballs, 5 Super Potions, 4 Antidotes, 4 Paralyze Heals and some Energy and Heal Powders, your total is 11000 Pokedollars. Do you want to pay with cash or with your PokeBank Card, sir?" The man at the counter asks.
"Card, please." Xyno replies as he presents a Pokebank Special Master Card to the man.
After shopping for the balls Xyno and Chisato head over to the Food Market to get canned food for the camping.
(Present Day)
A day has passed since Xyno entered the Greenwood Forest. The Forest is vast, North to the Academy City. It is home to a bunch of Grass, Poison and Normal type Pokemon.
Xyno was not catching every Pokemon that he encountered. Since he was trying to make some profit out of catching Pokemon for the Academy to research on, higher Talent Pokemon were more profitable and were sold for more. On the first day Xyno caught 3 Bidoofs with D+, C- and B Talent, and 2 Budews with B Talent and C+ Talent. He caught a Starly as well, which had C- Talent.
After fighting a lot of Pokemon he could only find 6 Pokemon with good Talent. But he wasn't dissatisfied since Sett gained a Level and Tiny Leveled up twice.
On the Second day as he was wandering early in the morning he found and caught a B Talent Starly. Suddenly a Lvl 31 Staravia tried to attack Xyno, who was saved by Celestine.

After Xyno gets out of the way Celestine gets in position and as Staravia comes in with another Wing Attack she uses Psychic and Staravia comes crashing down to the ground. Celestine then lifts Staravia up and sends it flying down again. She then proceeds to brutally repeat this for 5-6 times until Staravia finally faints.
Xyno throws a Pokeball at the Staravia and catches it.
"Hmm. If it was higher in Talent I could've made a link with this Staravia."
After catching the Ekans who was defeated by Sett in a swoop, Xyno decides to take a rest and eat Lunch, setting out Sett, Tiny and Celestine's food as well.
After resting for an hour or two, Xyno starts heading deeper into the Forest. After a couple hours of not having to fight any Pokemon, Xyno suddenly notices a strong presence nearby.
Xyno crouches down near some bushes to not come in contact directly with the Pokemon.
As the presence becomes stronger, Xyno hears a loud growl.
"GGROOWWTHH!!"
Xyno then notices a very big Tangrowth approaching in his direction.
"What the?! This Tangrowth is Huge!"
Xyno quickly checks it's status.

"This Tangrowth is way out of my league. Not even Celestine can handle this guy."
Just as Xyno finishes checking Tangrowth's status, it suddenly uses Power Whip and a large Whip comes crashing at Xyno.
"Celestine! Quickly use Teleport! Get us away from here!" Xyno shouts.
Just before the Power Whip crushes Xyno and Celestine, Celestine Teleports Xyno to a different area of the Forest.
"That huge Tangrowth must have been mutated due to living in this forest for all these years. It is already Evening and the sun is starting to set. I should find a place to set up camp. Let's stop for today."
Xyno after encountering that Huge Tangrowth finds a clear area after wandering in the Forest for about half an hour and sets camp there.
