In a destroyed lab under the Game Corner in Celadon City. A failed project was laid to rest. The Subject is to be disposed of. A dubious Pokemon although created, lay forgotten. The one born from nothing yet existed before all, intervenes. A brilliant flash of light...and swearing upon rebirth.

A person, one of light and darkness, Grey if you would, begins his Pokemon journey one he never thought he would be able to do.
