Despite being unaware of how others were discussing her, Shen Wan had a pretty good guess.

Every now and then, she would stand up and walk around to alleviate any stiffness, even incorporating a few yoga poses to stretch her back. She even considered adding a treadmill to the office, allowing her to exercise while working.
