Raymond let go of him, but he stayed close and met Russell's scalding stare. "Why? Is there a problem? We're just talking."

Russell tramped forward with a scornful frown. He emanated an overbearing superiority as he approached, hands in his pockets, glaring eyes unblinking. "Don't care, Farm boy. I have business with him, so he's coming with me."

Johan's eyes darted around. Every passing student cast a curious glance towards them, sensing the brewing tension between the two. He gripped the books to his chest and stepped in between the two towering males. Clearing his throat, he looked at Russell. "What is it?"

Russell rolled his eyes at his subtle attempt to shield Raymond. He stuck a pinky finger to his ear with a grumble. "Whatever. Just meet me after class. You better not goof around at the basketball court. I want to go somewhere."
