The method of creating pseudo souls came from the Dark Soul codex and it was clearly described that one need to draw divine symbols on the pseudo souls otherwise they would start to disintegrate after some time.

Unlike the main soul, the pseudo souls were not attached to anything. Their binding was also weak as they need continuous supply of soul essence to sustain them.

To make them permanent, one need to draw divine symbols on them. They wouldn't crumble apart only by the binding of the divine symbols.

Zhan Chen had previous experience in creating a pseudo soul. So, he didn't feel any problem this time.
