Chapitre 87: Chapter 87: Back

Scarlet's Point of View:

I took Drew back to Xavier's place. My heart was so whole thinking that I was able to convince Drew about everything and we were hopefully finally having our happy ending. When I rang the doorbell to his place, he opened the door but I saw another woman sitting on his couch.

He looked back at the woman and then at me. His face had conflicted emotions and I knew he thought I was gonna misunderstand. "Um…"

"It's okay. Who is she?" I asked, trying not to stir up any more to the long list of problems. I softly asked Drew to go to his room because I knew the conversation wasn't something I wanted him to hear.

Xavier gave me an understanding look before he closed the door behind us and we were all in the living room.
