Chapitre 88: A Short Visit

"Haa... Haa..." the once-sleeping female jolted up from her bed and into her dark-lighted room. Shizuka was sweating furiously, not to mention her fever-- which made it worse. The wet cloth on her forehead fell on her hand as she clenched it tight.

The thought of being in the comfort of her own room calmed her down. Looking around, Shizuka spotted Mitsuru on her desk with Mizuto on the floor. Papers were everywhere and most of her books were opened.

Shizuka's gaze softened as well at the sight of Yuzuru sleeping with Kurogane and Kyuusei as his pillow. She held her laughter in, trying hard not to let it out when she saw the red-haired demon sleeping upside down while the Undine was just lying by the walls.

Glancing back at her sleeping brothers, she concluded that they must've found out about the work she's been doing and helped her finish them. Her lips curled up, forming a soft smile.
