As the Butler of the Lockhart family, he has served for forty years, following in the footsteps of his father, who had served in that capacity for the late Old Master.

When he was sixteen, he entered the Butlers' Institute, graduating a few years later at the age of twenty. He followed in his father's footsteps and became the Butler of the family.

His family, Ross, has been Butler's generation after generation. Both men and women. And always loyal to the Lockhart family. 

The Butler. Walter Ross knows his son would soon serve in the Old Household, and his youngest daughter Lina already works as PA to Young Lady Eliza.

'If only my eldest son could hurry. His younger sister graduated first, and he's still stuck in his studies,' sighed the Old Butler. 'Can we find a cure for his damaged brain?'
