Alaine Sawyer (POV)
I got lucky as I grew up. In fact, my mother helped me build the empire that I currently own now. Which makes me richer than her by a small margin.
Just thinking of the money, she has and how she pretends as if she didn’t have much in that country; I feel bad for her always.
Most of her businesses are in Eshella, something I found out when I was in my twenties.
From the beginning, it seemed that she had planned everything, and it was just me being paranoid and over my head.
After being on the road for an hour or so, I finally drove through the gigantic gates, which closed as soon as I passed.
I drove my car for about one kilometer or so before I parked in front of the huge mansion I painstakingly had built when I was twenty-three.
“Welcome home, Master!” my butler, the voluptuous lady who loves wearing black every single day, welcomed me as soon as I exited the car.
