Madison finally came down the stairs after spending a considerable amount of time in her room, she headed for the dinning to see robert already Seated on the front seat with his food still untouched, looking all calm and collected as if they didn’t just wed today, taking her seat without a word to him she waited for the butler Francis to serve her.

She felt starved and extremely famished as she hadn’t eating anything all day, what she had been dreading had finally come and passed and she was now a married woman. Eating the food served to her with poise she tried not to notice his presence.

After the delicious meal Madison stood up and was about to leave before she heard him finally speak to her “and how do you find your room, comfortable I suppose?” he spoke without looking at her while slicing the stake on his plate.

“I doubt I will be comfortable anywhere near you, but it’s of fine furnishing and it’s very lovely if that’s what you’re asking”
