Very interesting and the first One Piece fanfic I've seen that has a "tough" sailor because in the anime we see the sailors as completely evil because the protagonist is a pirate but Luffy is the exception not the rule. (translated)

Wow Just Wow This is Actually Good Quality To the point I completely lost track of time I don't think I've read a book This good besides a Few authors For a Few Years The only Real "Flaw" Is the fact the mc goes from Colonial to Vice Admiral in like 3 Months time When He took 10 Years to reach Colonial simply by getting The "Evolution Fruit" tbh No Devil Fruit Instantly makes that big of a Jump besides Mythical Zoans tha fast But I'd put MCs devil fruit as #1 Potential, #10 Instantly (Mythical Zoans Give More Power Instantly but the fact he reached that level within about 3 weeks when any other devil fruit would be lucky to over 2 years but the book is a Master Piece
