Shanks curled his lips and replied, "It wasn't me who exposed it. Don't pin this on me!"
"This matter is of no concern now!" Another of the Five Elders, the Warrior God of Science and Defense Jaygarcia Saturn, said coldly, "Instead, shouldn't you explain the situation regarding Joy Boy and that Straw Hat kid? You gave him that Devil Fruit, didn't you?"
Upon hearing this, Shanks' smile faded, and he fell silent.
Saturn continued, "It's no use denying it! Since we have the clues, we can find out the rest ourselves!"
"Moreover, we don't need evidence to act! If there is even a slight possibility, we will eliminate it completely! The Straw Hat kid must die!"
Shanks frowned at this and said, "Why take it so seriously? Luffy is just a kid!"
One of the Five Elders, the Warrior God of Justice Topman Warcury, sneered and said, "Just a kid? A kid worthy of you and Roger paving the way for him?"
"That Buggy the Clown may be dangerous, but he has given us many surprises!"
At this moment, Shanks was mentally cursing Buggy a thousand times!

After a long pause, one of the Five Elders, the Warrior God of Environment Marcus Mars, spoke up: "Then let's change the order to capture him alive! Once we have the Straw Hat kid, we'll sever his limbs, disable his senses, and keep him imprisoned in Mariejois!"

The other four Five Elders nodded in agreement with Marcus Mars's plan!
Shanks's expression turned grim.
Shanks fully understood the Five Elders' determination, and right now Luffy had not fully grown up; facing the full force of the World Government would be a near-death experience for him!

Buggy again? Shanks furrowed his brow and made another note about Buggy in his mental ledger!
Saint Marcus continued, "Although the idea may sound absurd at first, upon closer examination, it's quite feasible!"
"In terms of ability, you are one of the Four Emperors of the New World and are more than capable of fulfilling the role of Fleet Admiral!"
"In terms of status, you are a Celestial Dragon, the highest status in this world!"
