Chapitre 53: 53: Run

I walked down the empty streets of Westblood. Other than the inn we took shelter in, the rest of the town was quiet and uneventful. 

It was night and the streets were deserted. The people were gone the houses were closed and all the lights were out. 

Ominous shadows hovered over the town. It was strange to find to sign of life anywhere on the streets. No humans or animals were wandering around. 

I walked up to one of the houses and knocked three times on the door. There was no response. "Hello, is anyone home? " I asked. 

The question went unanswered. My gut told me that something was wrong. It's too early for the whole town to retire. I followed my intuition and continued walking. I knocked on the door of every house I passed hoping to get lucky and find someone who would open for me and give me answers.
