Chapitre 15: Feeling Down
Today is good day, the sun is up,the weather is warm, the sky is clear. it's a good day for everyone... but doesn't look like it for a certain blue haired girl.
under the big tree in the village three small silhouettes could be spotted... and who could it be besides Rudeus, Sylphy and Roxy
Roxy right now is feeling extremely bad,not because she is sick or anything but...she felt like a failure for the first time in her life.
'I can't... I can't... how can this be...not a single magic...I can't teach him a single Magic... how can this be...'
while Roxy is in her world of disbelieve Sylphy is looking at her concerned eyes
"Roxy... are you okay" asked Sylphy with a worried voice
"don't worry about her, she is just feeling down" said rudeus with his eyes closed, his hands on the back of his head as he lay on the ground under the shade of the big tree
...
[5 minutes later]
Roxy got up on her legs, as she accepted the fact that Rudeus doesn't need teaching
"I admit defeat..." said Roxy with a weak voice
" don't be harsh on yourself... father faced the same fate when he decided to challenge me for me to prove I was a good swordsmanship " Rudeus tried to calm Roxy by telling her that she isn't alone who was defeated by his talent.
earlier at their home Roxy asked Rudeus about what Magic he is weak in so she can give him guidance and at the same time hold his graduation test in that magic
but the answer was that " I am already a master at all 4 elements magic"
Roxy couldn't believe as she said " it's good to be confident but it is impossible to master them all at the same time"
after a series of debates from rudeus as he tries to convince her to just hold his graduation right away...Roxy finally couldn't tolerate him anymore so she said " if you can show me all 4 elements of magic, I will hold your graduation right away"
hearing this rudeus agreed and took her to the big tree in the village's fields.
in there Rudeus showed her some of his 4 elements magic spells
•[Fire ball].[Fire lance].[Fire Punch].[Fire Crest]...
•[Air blade]. [Air pistol]. [Air Fang]...
•[Earth Bullet].[Stone hammer]. [Earth Crack]...
•[Water Blade]. [Water bullets]. [Water Swamp]
What Rudeus sowed her are one of the most classic magic spells. meaning that those are the simplest magic spells that every magician will learn when he is learning any element be it water,fire,earth or air
but those magic spells left Roxy with a wide open mouth and eyes as she could feel that those water magic spells are stronger than what they should be. and she could tell that because she was a water class magician.
all of this led to this situation.

"So, will you hold my Graduation test now??" said rudeus as he did his part of the deal
Roxy was absentminded all the time and she finally snapped out to reality and she said " c..c-can you wait for tomorrow... I need to think about something... I will be going now... I will talk to you tomorrow "
said Roxy as she left them and went back to the Greyrat family's house
when Roxy left rudeus turned around to look as Sylphy and said " well shall we start our training? "
"yes please" Sylphy was very excited as she finally could start training in magic... she have made a promise to herself that she will get strong and make rudeus proud of her
Rudeus started to explain to Sylphy the general knowledge of magic like magic is everywhere and habata badada...
He told Sylphy that her training for this week us to feel magic around her unlike what mist teacher start with...most of them start with the magic inside the body then the magic outside.
but to rudeus the magic power outside is unlimited while the magic of the body is limited and the exceeded usage of it can damage the user.
Rudeus prefers to use the magic that is outside in battles rather than his own magic so he wouldn't burn all his magic.
Sylphy did what she was told to do and focused her senses, maybe because she is an elf she could feel Magic really quick with a speed that surprised Rudeus.
and so they stayed training under the tree...Sylphy trying to feel magic a d rudeus trying to control the space around him to gain [Space Magic]...
