Chapitre 212: Seeker’s theories
Hank, Counter, and Zidane charged towards the large groups of Mini Businessman, and their form changed.
Their Exoskeletons underwent a transformation as various metallic pieces from their upper body moved towards their arms and legs. Their once balanced look now had more emphasis on their arms and legs.
Metallic pikes appeared on their arms as they rushed towards the enemy as they assumed a formation that they had practiced for. Their right arm also revealed a substantial hole that would emit electrical charges every now and then.
"Spartan Wall Formation!" Hank ordered as they moved in synchronization. Memories of their training surfaced as their instructor came to teach things towards them.
Lynd had a stern and solemn expression and even wore glasses as he continued his lecture.

Rapture_Tales Surprise! Le wild appearance of the MC! And quite a powerup he has doesn't he?
Since this battle novel bears a pseudo-cultivation-like feel, I would obviously have to write about how they grow stronger, gain more abilities, and so on and so forth. Initially, I was supposed to stick to the usual "cultivation chapters."
But I never got to it. (Do cut me some slack. This is the first novel I wrote for this long and I am still learning more about the art of writing along the way.)
Anyway, I decided not to do these basic cultivation-like chapters since I decided to focus on the world and intruge-building. Of course, I will give a proper explanation for their sudden rise in power like in this chapter.
Honestly, I can't imagine myself writing chapters of Seeker sitting down in an enclosed room as he looks into his mind palace and watches the revolution of energy passing through his dantian or what have you to achieve enlightenment to reach higher realms and manage to control Richie's sound.
Don't get me wrong though. I read and enjoy cultivation books like that. (SotTR, ATG, Library of the Heavens Path, Transcending the Nine Realms, etc...)
