When Adrianna woke up the other girls were no longer in her room. She felt better and thought she was being unfair to Cedric, after all it wasn't his fault that women were attracted to his wealth.
Adrianna was about to get out of bed when Cedric burst in the door with a bouquet of roses and a maid carrying in a breakfast table with Adrianna's favorite food.
"Cedric." Adrianna groaned as Cedric placed the flowers in a vase and had the maid place the table in front of her.
"I'm sorry Adri. I should consider your feelings more." Cedric said in a calm and soothing tone. He hoped that she would be moved by his gesture.
Cedric saw Adrianna frown and he was immediately worried. "Did I do something wrong again?" Cedric helplessly asked.
"No, no. It's me Cedric." Adrianna said with a sigh. "I don't have any right to get mad at you about any of this. It's kind of my fault anyway."
"Adri, I should have been more proactive." Cedric began to say.
