Chapitre 1: Prologue
"Is this really what I was born for? When I look around at other people who have talent and abilities I don't, it's insufferable. I feel like I was born without talent, nothing I try succeeds. In every aspect of my life, I have been average. School? Average, hell I was lucky to get a c. I can't even beat people with my looks!"
*sigh "Marie please, I have been your therapist for a long time now how many times have I told you to stop thinking like this? How about art, did you try the art class at the community center?"
"Yeah...I sucked at it. Every time I would ask for help they would look at me like I was dumb. It made me feel like I could not ask at all!"
"And how many classes did you attend?" He asked in an annoyed tone.
Looking away from the therapist Marie already knew what he was going to say. "I went to two"
Rubbing his temples the therapist was beyond tired of this situation. You never realize while going through school how some people refuse to change. "I could understand you giving up after a month or so of classes but two sessions Marie?"
"...."
Not getting a response he knew she would not comment further on it. "Ok, ok, let's talk about the job I set up for you? I talked to the manager and he said you are doing great. He only wishes you would be more of a team player with your co-workers. Are they not treating you well at work?"
"They are fine." She said with a meek voice.
"Ok, how about..."
*mmm mmmm mmmm mmm mmm
Before he could finish he was interrupted by his alarm. "That is all we have for today Marie. Next sessions we will touch on your work and please if you have problems with your co-workers let the manager know. He is a good friend of mine."

"I'm home," Marie called out when entering her house.
"Oh, Marie how was your session?" Meeting her at the door was her mother, a pleasant woman with dark hair, jade green eyes, and a gentle demeanor.
Being pulled into a hug Marie felt comfort in the light embrace."It was great mom. He said soon I should be able to stop going to the sessions."
"That's wonderful honey, I always knew you could get better you were always such a bright child. we should celebrate then how about I cook you something good?"
"No, not tonight mom I am kinda tired if it's alright I just want to go lay down." Said, Maire.
Looking at her daughter she like most mothers hoped her child would succeed in any way possible. She did not know if what she did was the best but all she could do was try. "Well...Alright, but if you change your mind let me know!"
Walking upstairs Marie just wanted to fall asleep. Sleeping is one of her most charriest activities. Nobody to disappoint just a comfortable bliss. Sometimes she wished she would never wake up...
