Chapitre 29: Chapter 029: Trap
Dodging the enemy's ninjutsu, Asahi quickly got out of the ground and continued to run towards the trap.
During combat, it's very dangerous to rush into the ground. If the enemy knows any earth-style jutsu, they would just use it to easily crush him to powder.
During the run, Asahi quickly made the hand seals for [Clone Jutsu]. Three Asahi ran in three different directions. With hopes that this move could at least slightly delay the enemy Jonin.
"A little kid has no combat experience after all, with just a Clone Jutsu you want to fool me?" The sand Jonin laughed. He jumped up and attacked Asahi's real body directly with a kick.
*Boom*
Raising his right hand he managed to barely block the attack of the sand Jonin, but the huge power behind it still sent him flying.
Asahi struggled to twist his body in midair, and so he didn't fall to the ground in a dangerous way.
There was blood coming out of the wound on his left shoulder, but Asahi didn't have the time to take care of such minor injuries. That Jonin's wind jutsu was difficult for Asahi to parry, and even so he had to use a ninjutsu to stop the attack.
Turning around, he glanced at the four Konoha ninja who were supposed to be supporting him, but found out that they have been stopped, and thus could not come to help him.
"Damn it!"
In the original anime, even a genin like Naruto relying on his tailed beast could beat a Jonin. And then when he grew up, even the likes of a Kage-level existence were not worthy of entering his eyes. Asahi had chunin's strength right now, but he still was getting messed up by an unknown Jonin. Why was there such a big gap in life?
However, he had to admit that the method that Tsunade taught him to improve cell activity was really powerful, although his strength was still far inferior to this sand Jonin, and even while using taijutsu, he's just getting beat like a human sandbag. But after Asahi increased his cell activity, it felt less painful even after being beaten up. After fist hit him, the pain would soon disappear.
Even so, the wounds on Asahi's body continued to grow, his limbs became heavier, and even his vision began to blur. With the loss of blood, he felt that his strength was declining sharply, and this was really his limit.

"Oh no! If we go on like this, Asahi will be killed. I'll go out and help him." Looking at Asahi's tragic state, Shinohara said anxiously.

Asahi shouted like crazy, focusing his last bits of chakra under his feet, he rushed towards the sand Jonin, completely giving up on defense, and the kunai in his hand was drawn towards his opponent's neck.
Perhaps shocked by Asahi's sudden madness, the sand Jonin clearly hesitated for a brief moment.
However, a Jonin was a Jonin in the end. The situation of Naruto's unequal power balance existed only in the anime. In the real world, the speed of a Jonin was still higher than that of Asahi.
Just when his kunai was about ten centimeters away from the Jonin's neck, the kunai of the enemy had reached Asahi's neck.

Seeing the sand Jonin enter the previously set ambush circle, Shinohara's eyes showed a fierce color.

From all around countless kunai and shuriken, with explosive tags attached, flew out towards the sand Jonin, catching him caught off guard and he soon got drowned in endless explosion.
"Ho…ho…ho…"
With his hands on his knees, Asahi continued to gasp for breath, fighting against Sunagakure exhausted Asahi's whole body and almost died up his strength. Without Keita's rescue, he would have definitely died in that nameless Jonin's hand.
"Did we kill him?" Keita frowned and asked.

"Not necessarily, the other side is a Jonin after all." Asahi said solemnly.
When the attack from the trap stopped and the smoke cleared, the sand Jonin was standing on an earth wall covered in blood, his eyes looking coldly at Keita and Asahi.
However, judging from his appearance, he should have suffered some injuries. Although he used earth-style ninjutsu to defend, he was still injured by the explosions.
"Very good! Little bratts" said the sand Jonin while gnashing his teeth.
"You're also pretty good, I knew this wouldn't kill you!" Asahi mocked with a smile.
"You can be proud for being able to push me to a corner like this!" He said with a straight face, "But I should let you know that it was only luck."
"There should be one more person, call him out, I will kill you three together!" The sand Jonin looked all around, and said with a sneer.
"Idiot! I told you to not move until we knew if he was actually dead or not!" Keita scolded, and at the same time reminded Shinohara that he shouldn't act blindly.
"Humph! Then you guys can die!" As soon as the sand Jonin's voice fell, he launched his attack.
Keita, the owner of the Gentle Fist among their group, went to confront him head on.
