Chapitre 1: Chapter 1 - Death
Death, the end to one journey yet the beginning of another.
When he woke up this morning, he never thought that it would be at the end of his road before lunch.
Like any other morning he went through the usual routine, hitting the alarm on his phone after the second alarm, getting a drink of water, sitting on the toilet and taking a piss. Finishing up with brushing his teeth and getting dressed he was ready to head to school.
With his winter jacket snuggly zipped up while glancing back into the quiet house.
"See you later." Whispering his unknown last goodbye to silence he locked the front door and slowly trudged down the familiar street.
"Fuck is it cold. I shouldn't have stayed up late watching Naruto last night. " The words escaped his mouth cutting through the lightly falling snow.
'I may be tired, and sleep deprived but I don't regret it, I had to watch the last episode. It may not have been my first time watching through the series, but I can always spare time for things I care about.' Thoughts of the previous night well spent rung through his mind.
Walking along with puffs of steam trailing behind he glanced ahead as he came up to the upcoming intersection. The light was just turning yellow, so deciding not to risk it he stood in wait for the little white glowing man to signal his cross.
Standing there rubbing his hands together in the attempt to warm them up a blur half his size bumped into him while running past to cross the road.
Looking ahead he saw the little cheeky brat just make it onto the street as the light turned red.
All of a sudden, the sound of brakes screeching pierced through the quiet winter morning making the kid freeze like a deer caught in front of headlights.
Stuck in a daze he watched as the truck skidded barreling toward the kid.
"JACKSON NOOOO!" From behind the scream of a hysterical mother tore through the air.
Hearing the pure desperation in her voice made a spark shoot up his spine, before he even knew what was happening his body already moved.
Stride after stride drawing closer to the helpless child. Time seemed to slow down, every foot closer his legs felt heavier and heavier, his lungs burned as the icy wind scraped through every gasping breath, heart hammering inside his chest.
He reached his arms out as far as they could just inches from his trembling figure, the blinding light of headlights filled up his vision.
'Made it.' The only thought filling his head as he felt the burning heat of the engine through the grill of the truck.
Pulling in Jackson close to his chest he felt another kind of heat from him, something innocently warm. Holding his head and back as tightly as he could, no time left to jump or push him out of the way he turned his back to face the roaring beast. Closing his eyes and taking one last breath to brace himself before the impact.
The sound of deafening cracks rang out as that last breath was forced out of his lungs.
Feeling the brief weightlessness of soaring through the air He held on tighter and spun keeping Jackson above him before the cold concrete and ice scraped across his broken body.
Slowly sliding to a halt, he managed to take as much air in as his punctured lungs would allow, the taste of crimson liquid iron filling his mouth before he painfully swallowed the mouthful of blood.
Feeling the movement in his arms he finally let them slack and fall to his sides. Slowly opening his eyes, he glanced down to see terrified eyes looking back.
'That won't do, let's take a page out of Almights' book shall we.' His thoughts were getting fuzzier by the second.
"Be strong Jack, smile and be brave for me will ya." Through the widest smile he could muster the words breathlessly echoed across the air.
Sound beginning to dim he heard frantic footsteps running toward them. With tears beginning to stream from Jacksons eyes the bravest smile I have ever seen slowly but forcefully stretched across his face.
"That's much better huh, now go hug your mom real tight for me okay Jack." Asking him to go embrace his mother Jackson quickly pushed off the ground and stumbled into his mother's open arms.
The heat quickly draining from his body and the frigid chill of death invading did not affect the warmth he felt in his heart at all.
"Thank you, thank you so much." Heartfelt sobbing praises sounded from Jackon's mother as she knelt while tightly cradling him in her arms beside the broken boy who saved her precious son.
Taking his cold hand into hers she was mesmerized by the peaceful smile adorned across his face.
'I did it, I could finally save someone.' pure joyful thoughts ran through his mind.
The light in the boys' eyes began to fade as he gazed at the blurring image of the reunited pair of mother and son. No pain could be felt through his body as it seemed his time was quickly nearing.
"Don't be sad, cherish your family, live happily..." His final words whispered out shakily along his last breath.
The world was silent aside from muffled sobs and distant sirens. While snowflakes leisurely danced with the wind, he slowly closed his eyes and allowed the darkness to take him.

Amendar This will be a brief idea about what you can expect from this fan-fic. This will heavily deviate from canon Naruto, it may follow loosely for the first few arcs but eventually there is going to branching off. I may have the harem tag selected, but it will be a small harem 2-3 tops. The romance won't really start for the mc until he is a reasonable age, being a kid and having it be to serious is just gross. This is my first time writing so expect amateur mistakes, and if you have anything constructive to say I whole heartedly appreciate it.
