After shopping around the bustling market, Satoru sat on a chair with ice cream in his hand, enjoying a rare leisure time.
The gentle breeze blew softly, bringing a bit of coolness, and his eyes inadvertently shifted into the distance.
There, the figure of Kakashi appeared, standing like a lonely statue under the sunlight with an indifferent expression.
Above his head, a large patch of green leaves swayed, shielding him from the scorching sun and casting shadows beneath his feet.
A playful smile appeared on Satoru's lips, he waved and greeted loudly: "Hey, you came."
Kakashi looked at him with a slight displeasure on his face.
Satoru patted the chair beside him and invited: "Don't be too serious. Well, there's still a seat here. The ice cream I bought for you should be eaten before it melts."
As Kakashi saw the ice cream in the other's hand, doubt flickered in his eyes. He glanced at Satoru and then at the ice cream.
Finally, he took steps towards him.
As Kakashi slowly walked out from under the leafy shade, the dazzling sunlight illuminated him again, making his white hair gleam.
They sat together, but Kakashi didn't take his ice cream, only Satoru enjoyed this refreshing moment alone.
"Why don't you take off that mask?" Satoru joked.
Kakashi was slightly annoyed at this moment: "Where did you go?"
He stared at the man in front of him, with a hint of displeasure in his tone.
Satoru smiled and shook his head, then took a bite of his ice cream and replied vaguely: "I was just strolling around. You followers are too annoying, so I got rid of you."
Kakashi raised his eyebrows slightly at hearing this.
Since he followed someone else twice, he knew that Satoru was an elusive person, always hard to understand, but he also had a mission and responsibility entrusted to him by the Third Hokage.
However, seeing the smile on his face, the anger in his heart gradually subsided.
Although this guy keeps disappearing, fortunately, he hasn't done anything extraordinary.
They continued to sit together, enjoying the moment of tranquility.
The sun shone on them through the leafy canopy, leaving spots of light and shadows.
"A refreshing place."
After tasting the last bite of ice cream, Satoru licked his lips satisfactorily, then sighed deeply, "As expected from Konoha."
Hearing this, Kakashi nodded slightly and said proudly, "Of course, our place is known as the strongest ninja village in the world."
When Satoru heard this, he shook his head with a smile and said softly, "Konoha is the Fire Country and the strongest among the five great nations. As the strongest ninja village, the residents here are growing rapidly, full of vitality and hope."
Changing the topic, he continued, "But outside this seemingly prosperous country, how many countries and small communities are suffering from war, and it's difficult to even guarantee the most basic food and clothing?"
"As neighbors of the Fire Country, we don't know if this is a blessing or a curse. For large ninja villages like yours, war may just be a bargaining tool to gain advantages, but for small countries and villages like ours, war has caused destruction. Triggering horrific family ruins."
Satoru seemed to recall the scenes of war he witnessed when he was young, he shook his head and said softly, "It's truly hypocritical."
He paused for a moment and continued to ask, "Do the people here know that there is a war outside?"
Kakashi heard this and immediately replied, "That's ridiculous! This war is to make our country and village live a better life. Many ninjas are working hard for it and even paying for it with their lives!"
Thinking about this, Kakashi seemed to recall some painful memories, and traces of sadness passed through his open right eye, "Why do you, an outsider, judge our village?"
Satoru looked into his angry eyes, smiled thinly, and stood up.
He said slowly, "I may not qualify to evaluate your village. But because of that, I am determined to become qualified."
Kakashi was confused by his words, he furrowed his brows, "To become a qualified person? What do you mean?"
Satoru smiled, with determination in his eyes, "I want to become the qualification that makes the whole world obey the rules."
As his words fell, the atmosphere seemed filled with indescribable power.
Kakashi looked at Satoru's confident smile and felt an inexplicable emotion in his heart.
Is this guy serious?
Kakashi's eyes were firmly fixed on him, and for the first time, a strong emotion surged in his eyes, and it was difficult to calm down. "How dare you say such a thing?"
Kakashi's emotions were clearly touched by his words.
"Who do you think you are?"
However, Satoru didn't answer, but turned gently and left.
His back seemed to grow taller under the sunlight.
Kakashi stood there, looking at his back with a complicated gaze.
"Where are you going?" He shouted.
"Go back to the accommodation you arranged." Satoru's voice sounded, with a hint of laziness, "I'm tired after a day of shopping, go back and rest."
Kakashi listened to his words and fell silent, this time he didn't follow his footsteps.
Satoru continued to walk, further away from Kakashi.
As he walked, he looked at the sun in the sky, then slowly removed the cover from his eyes, revealing his deep blue eyes.
"Who am I?"
He asked himself in a low voice, as if he was asking the earth, but also as if he was asking himself.
Then, he smiled thinly.
"I am the strongest."

After two days of silence, Satoru did not step into his residence, but waited for the third day with Hanzo and the others.
"He didn't come out this time?"
"No, he's been in that house since yesterday and never came out."
The ANBU ninjas in the corner exchanged glances, each showing relief.
Although this white-haired boy looked young, he disappeared without a trace every moment under their strict surveillance, which made them feel very troublesome.
With this sudden disappearing ability, if they met him on the battlefield, an indescribable chill would surge into their hearts respectively.
"We must ensure safety today. Tomorrow is the inauguration ceremony of the Fourth Hokage. There must be no mistakes!"
"Understood!" The ANBU ninjas replied in unison.
As the sun set the next day, Satoru woke up from his dream because of a knock on the door.
