Synopsis
The Immortal Way, how arduous it is!
Especially in this Immortal Cultivation World, which has been drastically changed by a plague!
Mortals carry the disease, and when Immortals come into contact with them, they are liable to suffer a decrease in their cultivation, and in the worst case, end up Returning to the heavens. This has made Mortals and Immortals eternally separate entities.
The Immortal Law cannot be jointly cultivated, turning the entire Immortal Cultivation World into a vast dark forest.
......
Li Fan, having travelled through time, despite having boundless ambitions, can only toil within the mortal dust, wasting away his whole life.
Fortunately, just before death, he finally awakens an odd treasure which can turn the real into the fake - transforming his real life into a vivid dream, enabling him to return to the time right after he travelled through time.
Therefore, Li Fan began his long Road to Immortality!
In his second life, Li Fan, over the course of fifty years, overturned the power balance of the world, yet he searched everywhere and failed to find a trace of Immortals, only managing to see the traces of an Immortal at the very end of his life.
In his third life, despite Li Fan exhausting his spirit and wits and laying out all sorts of schemes, he still couldn’t withstand a single strike from an Immortal!
In his fourth life......
......
I, Li Fan, a mere mortal, have no regrets even after a hundred lifetimes, I only seek Immortality!

Écrire un avisGo read this on scribblehub under the name my longevity simulation. Much better translation and free. The translation is much further ahead and the translator has a Patreon which you can read 50 chapters ahead for 5$. Save your coins here
It is an enjoyable novel I am at chapter 157 but I do believe it is already being translated on Webnovel under the name My Longevity Simulation
This story is awesome. I read it when it was a machine translation and it was good. The mc is cautious and plans things out. He does not chase after females and think with his second head. Good read.
This author loves LotM and you can see it in his writing. Sadly the story is ruined by MTL where Webnovel subcontracts to the lowest bidder. This author writes carefully and correctly. In his thoughts he even explained he has a real life job that pays well and writing was something he picked up. He even references how he wanted to use Volume 1 to build up the story like LotM but felt it was dragging too much and had to quicken the pace. Don't waste your money reading it here.
While this book does have a few problems like super slow cultivation progression this is overall an absolutely fantastic novel. It has ever improving world building and an exceedingly unique setting as far as cultivation on top of a cunning MC and it’s mostly free from the plague that is high levels of plot armor. I would suggest reading the translation on scribble hub which while slower is of way higher quality and still has daily updates.
Quality story with the classic simulation twist. The author makes the MC fight for every scrap of power without overtly favoring him with plot armor. Very enjoyable and I would recommend this if you like simulation immortality novels.
Love the story, the translation on the other hand, not so much. My score is based on the story though so I'll give it 5 stars despite it rightly being more of a 4.4 due to the translation being so bad.
A very good novel. Very good not only compared to Chinese novels, but even when compared to best works. It gives a whole new outlook to the cultivation genre.
The story progression is slow and the cultivation system is kinda boring, nothing much to expect just like a typical cultivation novel out there.

It's a really good novel. I'm on chapter 1200 and the author still maintains high standards. The plot is quite intricate and the things that seemingly make no sense are reasonably explained later on. Don't give it up while reading early chapters!
