Chapitre 1: Chapter 1 - The System and Cafe

Alex Chase spends his time reading, sleeping, and gaming before heading to the cafe around the block at night due to his night shift job. As he reaches for the cafe door, a truck speeds towards him, but time slows down around him, and he sees a blue box in front of him.

[System activated]

Before Alex can say anything, the system interrupts him.

[Transporting the host to a safe place!]

When Alex hears this, he feels like he's about to fall, so he grabs onto the cafe's door handle and closes his eyes, only to realize that nothing has changed.

"Alright, so what's different about the cafe?" he asks, trying to distract himself from his luck.

[In short, this cafe requires careful timing for opening and closing because it's connected to other worlds. The Cafe has an automatic translation function to help when people step inside. They will pay with their currency, converted into Mora for you. Each price will vary based on the type of currency they have in their world. You can give otherworlders part-time jobs here as the Cafe levels up.]

"Okay, I understand. But what about their salary?"

[Don't worry about it; I will handle the checks near your office when they are done.]

"Got it, but can I also visit their world?" Alex asks excitedly.

[You can, but you must meet certain conditions.]

[You can only start freely traveling worlds after completing these tasks!]

- Level up Cafe to LVL 2 (1/2)]
