"What did you say? Sexy did you say?" Anya shouted unacceptably, and immediately she who had been hesitant and afraid to approach Xavier suddenly walked towards the man of her own free will.
"Yes, I am indeed sexy, and handsome, I know that you can't resist your desire whenever you are close to me," Xav again provoked the girl even more.
"You!" Anya pointed her index finger in front of Xav's face.
"What?"
Xav bent his body slightly, so that he was now eye-to-eye with Anya. His sharp amber irises traced every inch of the girl's beautiful face. Secretly, Xav's heart was tingling. Imagining the taste of her rosy lips. Slowly but surely his face approached Anya. And slowly the girl backed away.
"You, not interested in me at all?" The young man asked curiously.
Anya couldn't say yes or no. She was too confused right now, because she realized that only a blind person would say they were not interested in a man as handsome as Xavier Dmitry. But, if she said that, he would most likely get a big head, and she didn't want that to happen.
So her decision was to shake her head, aka not interested.
"Are you sure?" Xav brought his face closer. Anya backed away but could no longer, as she had already hit the wall behind her.
"Y-sure." She silently cursed her tongue that suddenly went out while talking to Xav. There was no denying it, at this close range the man's eyes were mesmerizing. The pheromone odor emanating from Xav's body made Anya feel as if there was a low-voltage electric shock in her body.
Xav stroked Anya's neck, once again, in a very sexy voice he asked, "are you not attracted to me?"
Anya was silent, her chest heaving, certainly not because she had asthma. But because the adrenaline hormone had infused her blood. Making her heart pump oxygen faster, and her body began to heat up with sweat.
I don't know what demon made Anya obey when the man landed his lips on her slender neck. Anya squirmed, but she did not resist.
Xav traced the curve of Anya's neck. Panting, and undeniably the girl made a hissing sound similar to a voluptuous whimper.
"Are you really not interested in me-"
"Stop it, young master!" Anya regained her senses, she quickly pushed away Xav's body that was now pressed against her.
"Let me go, Silva's here. I'm afraid he'll break things or do something stupid," Anya said and left, without waiting for Xavier's response.

Anya went down the stairs in a hurry. She was so embarrassed by what had just happened. How could her brain instantly become dirty and ask the man to touch her more.
"Anya." Silva was already waiting for Anya at the bottom of the stairs. Her cousin looked at Anya with a pleading gaze.
"I'm so hungry," she complained.
"Oh my God, why didn't you tell me earlier. How long has it been since you've eaten?" Anya asked worriedly.
"Since yesterday morning, even then Mr. Gulvan gave me a piece of bread," she explained.
"That crazy granny, she never changes," she growled.
"Alright, I'll cook something for you." Anya rushed to the kitchen, she would look for anything that could be cooked quickly. Besides the fact that she was not good at cooking, another reason was because she did not want to starve Silva.
"But, Anya," Silva looked hesitant.
"There's a young man who just arrived, he says he's Mr. Barry's driver-"
"Oh, he's back?"
"Yes, he's at the front," Silva explained, and Anya turned from the kitchen toward the front door.
On the porch a young man sat, as if waiting. He was the young man who had driven them from Mr. Barrymore's house to the cottage.
"Hi," greeted Anya as she opened the door.
"Hey, miss, I was-"
"Yes, I still remember you. What's wrong? Is there something important?" Anya asked, wrinkling her forehead.
The young man stood up. Then walked to where Anya was now standing still looking at him confused.
"No."
"Then?"
"Actually, Mr. Barry asked me to be here. Hm, to look after you," he explained.
"Oh, okay."
"Can I come in?" The young man asked politely, but the look in his eyes suggested otherwise. Anya could sense that he was looking at her body. And of course, she felt uncomfortable.
"Hm, I'll ask him first." Anya didn't dare let anyone in without telling Xav.
"I don't think it's necessary," the young man interrupted.
"Why?"
"I'll just sit here, since it seems like you don't trust me."
Anya felt bad, "b-not what I meant."
"It's okay-"
"Then come on in, oh yeah am I allowed to know your name?" Anya asked.
"My name is Todd Callahan, you can call me Todd miss," he said as he extended his hand. Anya returned it in a friendly manner.
"Oh yes, please come in, don't sit outside. I'll go first," he said.
Anya went to the kitchen, she was going to make lunch for Silva. In the kitchen the girl named Silva was waiting for her, seeing the girl's condition made Anya remember herself in the past. About how her grandmother had made her life a living hell.
"Silva, I'll make lasagna for you," Anya said as she found an instant lasagna on the kitchen nightstand.
"Ah, it's been a long time since I've had lasagna, oh thank you for keeping your promise. I promise," Silva extended his little finger, "I won't let you down. By the way, who was it you were talking to up front?"
"Oh, the driver from Mr. Barrymore's house. He was asked to look after us here. Is this place unsafe now?" Anya asked curiously.
Silva wrinkled his forehead, as if remembering something.
"What are you thinking about?" Anya, who had just put the lasagna into the oven, now sat facing her sister.
"I've heard about gossip."
"What gossip?"
"About a gang of criminals hiding in this area, it's said they're wanted by the police. But whether it's true or not I don't know, I don't have a cell phone, I miss a lot of news. So far I've only heard gossip from the old ladies at the coffee shop." The girl innocently explained, making Anya chuckle at the sight.
"You, how could any criminal feel at home in this small and shabby town. Besides, how is it possible that in a place with such a small population, the police can't find them?"
"You're right, Anya. That's impossible, right?" Anya nodded in agreement.
