With All Might being over with his analysis and the students agreeing to carry on, All Might announced the next battle

After a couple of battles, All Might Made his last observations before he gave the full results
Eyeing the final results of all the battles Izuku spoke in his mind (What do you think ?) replying immediately Cu said (Wasteful, but intriguing, these Kids have some of the strongest abilities out there, trained and used right, and they might rival heroic spirits in their power !)
Looking at the board Izuku commented "this is quit interesting indeed"

"Well then, let's take a look at Eijiro Kirishima. He's quite an interesting individual. His ability seems to be generated purely by sheer willpower. After a few battles, he will undoubtedly become a formidable warrior, pun intended!" Cu remarked while analyzing his memories of the battle that Kirishima and Kaminari had won. Izuku continued the conversation, saying, "Next up, I think it's going to be Mina and Kyoka, and of course, Tsuyu. All of them possess outstanding quirks - Acid, Knowledge, and frog-like powers - truly remarkable!"
Cu nodded in agreement and added, "Indeed, especially Kyoka. Her honed ability has the potential to take down entire armies with her intelligence. Moving on, I have to admit that Ochaco's ability is quite scary. I wouldn't even know how to handle it if I were struck by it in the middle of a barren battlefield. Truly intimidating." In his mind, Izuku concurred, "Absolutely, if not for her childlike innocence, she could be extremely dangerous. Next in line would have to be Momo. Her ability may be annoying, but it's not without its limitations."
Cu responded, "Her limitations stem from her knowledge. If she knows the materials and the process, she can create anything, even mystical weapons, armors, or codes!" Izuku frowned at this and remarked to Cu, "True, but it does bother me a bit that she can seemingly create something out of nothing. That doesn't quite align with the true way of the Blacksmith!" Izuku then felt something touching his cheeks.
It was Mina, who cheerfully said, "Hey, Izuku! Hello! Are you there?" She playfully poked him and added, "Oh, he's here!"
Apologizing, Izuku replied, "Sorry about that. I tend to get lost in thought sometimes. Anyway, congratulations! You've won!" Mina proudly puffed her chest and exclaimed, "HAHA, of course! Heroes always win, and I am a hero, ahaha. But it did take a lot out of me. I need to improve!"
Tsuyu chimed in, "That's why we came to UA, right? You're absolutely right. Becoming a fully-fledged hero takes time and effort during our time at school. Anyway, I'll be going now. See ya!"
Izuku decided not to keep talking too much since Cu was distracting him and began to walk home.

In a Dark room
…
"Tomura, are you prepared? How are your preparations going?"
"I'm ready. I will eliminate All Might and usher in a new era of villains. The Nomu you sent will be our weapon," replied Tomura as he scratched his neck.
"Make sure to keep an eye on any interesting children. If my assumptions are correct, All Might will choose his successor from one of the students, presumably the one you mentioned."
"I don't care, as long as All Might dies."
...
At Izuku's home...
"So, can you do it?" asked Izuku.
"Yes, easily in fact. However, don't expect it to be mass-produced. The process is intricate, time-consuming, and takes years for most mages, and even decades for some unfortunate ones," replied the mysterious person.
"And how long does it take you?" asked Izuku again.
"For me? About two hours."
"...Didn't you say it was a difficult process for most mages?" the voice in his head sighed as it continued, "Keyword: most mages. I'm not like most mages. And please, stop pretending you didn't already know this. I hate it when you tease me like this."
"I suppose the jig is up, as expected of one of the most skilled mages in history, Medea."
Medea, known as the "Witch of Betrayal" - though it's better not to say that to her face - was one of the greatest mages in history, renowned for her mastery of magic. Her ability to create spells, magical items, and much more was incredible. So, of course, she was the one he asked for his special little project.
"So, you haven't told me yet, why do you want me to make you a mystic code? The armor you made is incredible, one of the best craftsmanship I have ever witnessed in my life. So, why would you need a mystic code? And a defense and enhancement one at that?" questioned Medea.
Smiling, Izuku said, "Well, you see, there is this student in my school, and her ability is pretty special. It makes me, as a blacksmith, jealous, and it would probably have the same effect on someone like you." Narrowing her eyes, Medea inquired, "And what kind of ability is that?"
"She can create anything as long as she knows the components for it, using nothing but her own body energy. So, your concern about the difficulty of mass production is nullified when we use her," explained Izuku. After a moment of contemplation, Medea said, "I see. If I provide you with the components, and you teach her, she can mass produce the Mystic codes. This way, I only need to enchant them instead of starting from scratch. But, I have to ask, why do you need multiple mystic codes?"
"sigh As much as I hate this side of me, it still exists. Today, I saw some kids with great potential, but they lack the right mindset. My instincts tell me that the god who allowed me to reincarnate won't send the same villains I know after me. I feel like something significant is approaching, and with your help, I can at least create those mystic codes and give them to my fellow students to enhance their abilities and protect them. sigh Damn you, Muramasa, and your old man habits of protecting children!"
