Chapitre 291: Acting Suspicious

Lux and Khione barely got inside the white door when they were thrown out, finding themselves inside a weird-looking room with no windows.

There was a strange atmosphere inside, making them feel some sort of unease, as if something was going to jump on them the next moment.

"Are you alright, Khione?" Lux was concerned about his wife after he saw her pale face.

Khione frowned and tried to touch her face with her palm, looking at Lux she simply shook her head.

"I don't feel that there's anything wrong with me, but seeing your face I can guess that I look pretty weird right now."

Lux nodded, he felt that there was something wrong happening to them right now, but he couldn't really focus, as a figure suddenly appeared in front of them.

It was looking like a cute two-headed fox with blue fur that locked its paws as it looked at them.
