"I look forward to seeing you again, Mrs Kate"

Kate and her agents discussed a few matters with Ai Mi before they announced their departure.

"I am very old now, you know. We may never meet in this life again, don't you think?"

"Nonsense, Mrs Kate! Why would you say such a thing?" Ai Mi questioned a bit confused.

She did not understand what Kate said and appeared a bit angry.

But she managed to keep herself calm.

"You will soon know why" Kate whispered, almost inaudibly.

But before Ai Mi could react, two security men entered the office with Haoran following closely behind them.

"Ma'am, here he is" Haoran stepped forward and with a little bow, he smiled at them.

"Thank you. Have a seat, the rest can leave"

Haoran got seated by the side of the long desk but Kate immediately objected.

"You are her personal assistant now, young man. Head to her side"
