Irmilla lifted her eyes to Cael. Her lips stretched into a small smile. With an elegant gesture of her glove-covered hand, she pointed towards a seat next to her, where a man sat already.
"Of course, signore Oliveira. The pleasure is all mutual. Please, signore Verdura, will you kindly free some space for a new arrival? There would be enough space for another chair."
Verdura gave Irmilla a slightly pained smile, but moved. With a snap of her fingers, Irmilla called a spectral servant to move a free chair to the table.
Cael sat down. "Thank you. I have to say, I didn't expect to see you here today. Many people have an interest in the Foundation Games, but only a few become their patrons."
