Chapitre 48: MORNING ANNOYANCE

(CLOE'S POV)

I wake up after a few rings of my alarm and do my usual stretching and exercise. I go downstairs to prepare some breakfast. I have few eggs, and hot dogs left when Ziggy bought me some groceries. I plan to be late for class today to open an account and deposit my check. Since I'm planning to work online, I, of course, need my own bank account. 

The next room is still silent, and maybe Jewel is still asleep. I wonder if Val is inside or went back to his home after they talked. After frying some egg and hotdog, I hit the shower to clean myself first before I go out to buy some bread. 

After a shower and when I'm all dressed up for school, I go down and notice our front door open as well as some footsteps in the kitchen and the clinking sound of cup and spoon, brushing each other, like someone is mixing some beverage. I go straight to the kitchen to check before planning to go out and buy some bread.
