After leaving the Stone Fortress, Chaflar flew down the mountain following Mark's instructions.
From the sky, the aftermath of the events yesterday was too clear to see. Starting from the foot and around it, more than half of the mountain was turned into a burnt forest. Even though Mark called upon the rain to extinguish the fire, there was barely anything left. The only things that could be seen in the affected area were the charred trees and the blanket of ash on the ground.
It was quite scary to think that more than half of the ten-kilometer mountain became like that in less than a day.

Sorry, this is late. It's hard to concentrate typing since my nose got runny all of a sudden. I don't know what happened, it just happened when I woke up this morning.
Anyway, Mark's group already reached the first checkpoint. The night will come and it's the best time for what Mark was planning.
