An energy surged towards him, causing Ethan Smith to instinctively take two steps back.
"What's going on here?" Ethan frowned.
As he withdrew his hand, the glow of the skeleton vanished instantly.
Ethan gestured for Salena Carpenter to touch it as well.
Salena stepped forward, raising her small hand and placing it on the skeleton, yet it showed no reaction whatsoever.
"Weird." Ethan looked baffled.
"Could it be that this skeleton has some sort of connection to me?"
Salena, her big eyes fixed on Ethan, suggested, "Could it be because you share the same constitution?"
"The same constitution?" His attention caught, Ethan hastily moved towards the skeleton, attempting to grip its arm with strength.
"Craaack!"
Unfortunately, under Ethan's force, the skeleton snapped instantly.
"It seems not." Ethan shook his head.
The skeleton didn't show any signs of energy fluctuations, presumably decomposed over many years.
