The first stage of art is called quenching; it is a little different from metallic quenching as it is a human we are dealing with and not some metal.

In this stage, it will remove my impurities and also, at the same time, fuse the power that is already present in the body into its every cell and speck of soul, so perfectly that I would be able to use every ounce of it.

Despite using a large number of resources, it does not merge any of it with me, be it Forge energy or energy of any resource into my body.
