Chapitre 28: An Episode

While he was lost in his own thoughts, Katheryn walked into the house and saw those two men.

She came in rushing in as soon as she dealt with the men who held her down while those two men came in. She didn't know much about Aragon as She was also worried for him and came in a hurry.

He suppressed them but they were going out of control lately, leading him into certain accidents. For now, it was not a problem as they were people meant to be killed. But he had another problem. So he wanted to find a solution for himself.

He put that thought aside and watched Katheryn as she circled around the men.

They were already shivering from the pain, after seeing Katheryn they trembled more.

"You men, get out of this house this instant." She ordered them, which they followed without protest.

"Are you all right?" She asked him, concerned.

"Yes, I'm okay."

"Stay here, We will talk about it later." She walked down, towards the men who ran.

Aragon replied with a nod and continued watching the battle outside from the window, as he walked to the window.

He calmed down after Katheryn left. He thought about the words, his grandma said when she trained him.

She said that the sword skill, he trained was a unique skill. Its destructive powers are not an average swordsman can handle. It was said that only a number of people were able to reach its peak. And they were already a long gone history. She did mention a single person has reached the peak of the sword skill.

After telling him about its offensive skills, she didn't say the most important and that was according to her, that technique had a side effect, which causes the one who practices to have his emotions heightened. It means that the person who starts practicing this technique will have a surge in his emotions. Like his anger which will be unpredictable. It was not completely uncontrollable, it only happens in the initial stages. Once the person reaches a certain level then it won't be a problem.

Aragon was already at the stage of the late middle stage. So he was able to keep his emotions in check. He was not faced with this problem all this time because he trained in his home. He wasn't in a situation like this one right now. Other lustful thoughts were also suppressed, thanks to his tenacity.

As he was lost in his thoughts, Katheryn had already caught up with the men who crawled their way out. She killed them and continued fighting.

Although Sner tried to overwhelm them by attacking with large numbers, it failed. Only the warriors stood fighting, the remaining peasants were all dead.
