goes back to her senses, she gave the coffee to Claude, but not without brushing her hand on Claude's hand up to his arm and whispering "I hope you enjoy the coffee." With that Penelope walked out with a satisfied smirk on her face.

What she didn't know is that all of the people there are looking at her back with hungry eyes, but they know they can't touch unless the highest is done with her. She's quite young that's why her scent is strong and it's hard for them to control. While Claude there was just enjoying his coffee and making a plan on his head on how he could make this girl's blood much tastier.
