Chapitre 26: Promiscuous

After some days...

Firdaus's POV:

We were back to India. I was more comfortable over here then over there. Jannat aunty, uncle and Elnaz were not there with me, on top of it Asad is giving me cold shoulder so it was difficult to not feel lonely back in California. Asad was same as he was back over there but here, we are living together in his bedroom and I know why is that? Because he doesn't want his parents to get bothered or more so know about our differences. He would sleep on sofa whereas I would on bed. He tried every possible way to ignore talking or coming my way. You might be thinking that I never tried pursuing him? But yes, I did a few times but he would glare at me indirectly warning me to stay away from him.

He would only act like he is happy when he would be in front of his family and friends. I just don't know what to do. It's like I have lost him and day by day the distance between us is growing more and more.
