Chapitre 60: I'm Not Dead!
So, yeah, I'm still among the living (even if my sleeping habits say otherwise), and I have come with a very important message!
I'm sorry. Mostly for completely going silent for the last couple of months, but also because I didn't really say shit about why I did it. You see, after I finished that last chapter I realized that I've essentially been writing a crackfic, which is the exact opposite of what I wanted to make this story in the first place!
There was poor sentence structure, way too much description of shit where it wasn't needed, and don't even get me started on my poor excuse for pacing in the story. Oh! And! And, I made Eve way too fucking overpowered! It was getting to the point that I was literally on the verge of introducing some dumbass new obstacle without any real build up!
I mean, I wasn't expecting to make a fucking masterpiece with my first story, but this is... it's just so bad, man. Hell, I barely even knew what I was doing during the Hellsing Abridged stuff, and it really shows. Which, is why for the time that I have been offline, I was trying my best to plan out how everything could have been improved, and through it, I came to one conclusion, a complete restart.
Basically, I decided that the best thing I can do is rewrite the story from the ground up. Though, this doesn't mean the general plot will change much, it will mean that Eve would have different abilities at the start, that some of the harem members might change, and that Eve will not have as much plot armor as I've given her. But, all in all, I just want to make a better story than what I've made so far.
Now, if you do have any questions, I will gladly answer them. But, for now, I will leave you with a drawing of what Eve would have looked like in her 'hero' outfit at UA.
