Chapitre 7: Headaches
Ever since I opened the music box a few days ago I keep seeing a man's face. He is so handsome I don't want to look away. Slightly curly black hair, jade green eyes, long straight nose, sensual lips, and just a hint of a 5 o'clock shadow.
In my dreams I see this man reach for me and yell. I never hear what he says. I never feel his embrace.
I woke up with a splitting headache. I turn on my bedside light and grab a couple of asprin and gulp them down.
"These headaches have got to go." I grumble to myself.
I glance at my clock it's 2:34 in the morning. Damn, I need to be asleep. I have finals in the morning.
*** *** *** ***
In some back alley somewhere.
"Sir. I don't think the music box worked."
"You're right Henry. I think it is time to send her another "present"."
