After spending the evening with her friends, she returned to their shared room after they left. The thought of changing rooms crossed her mind, but she couldn't ask him unless he returned to the room.
Sara stared outside the window and frowned. The sun had Ling set, and the moon now hung beautifully in the sky. The stars were sparsely distributed across it, but it was still a sight to see. But Sara couldn't help frowning.
She had long returned to the room, had a bath, and changed into her nightgown. The time was already late, and for the little time she had spent waiting for him, he would have returned by now.
"Is he having an all-nighter?" she wondered. It makes seeing as he had just signed and taken responsibility for another company with multiple branches. Because of that, she didn't dwell on it. He'll come to bed eventually. But another thing crossed her mind, "He didn't come for dinner."
