The monster cried out loudly as its arm was cut off. 

Zayne's attack had been too fast for a normal eye to see, and before anyone knew it, he had succeeded.

The monster pulled back for a minute, and Camelia blinked as she looked up at Zayne's back in front of her.

The usually bubbly guy who radiated the energy of a puppy suddenly looked cold and ruthless. It was something that Camelia had never seen before, and it made her blink and question herself.

'Is this even the same person I know? Somehow, Zayne feels different right now.'

Camelia bit her lip as she looked at the man before her. She did not know what to say to him, so she opened and closed her mouth quickly.

Zayne did not look at her, and his back continued to face Camelia all this time. But then the monster tried to make another go at her, and Zayne snapped another of its arms off.
