Chapitre 27: Arrival of the Anti-mutants

Turning back to Logan, Richard could see him carrying Moira in his arms so he immediately flew down and carried them both out of the spherical room. Richard didn't understand how someone would build a spherical room but not add some sort of ladders for when people eventually fall into said place.

Several hours later, inside the X-mansion's medical bay.. a female with red hair could be seen attending to Moira on the bed. Richard identified the woman with ease especially because of her red hair but he hadn't said anything to her

"Where is this?" Moira asked when she finally woke up

"A medical center… we need to ensure that you are okay to continue on with the mission.

"What happened?"

"There was an Explosion….."

"What is taking them so long… is this how slow the X-men reacts" Richard asked impatiently

[Sir I have detected multiple helicopters headed in this direction… should this be accessed as good or bad for the current situation] Queen asked

"Bad…. what would four (4) helicopters be doing flying towards a school… even if the president was visiting.. it would only be around 2 helicopters and a whole lot of ground forces" Richard said as he sighed

This world was just straight up annoying. The leader of the school was just kidnapped and the government was already sending troops to take care of the entire thing. Richard just didn't understand the need to send 4 military helicopters to a set of children that had done nothing wrong.

"I'm coming"

"What do you plan to do?" the woman with red hair asked

"Throw them a welcome party" Richard said as he stood up and his entire body turned black as his futuristic armor appeared on him

"Please ensure to tell them that the X-men have nothing to do with this"

"You are the telepath in the room, do you really think there is a use for me announcing that" Richard questioned

"No but…"

"There are no buts, Jean… this world isnt all rainbows and unicorns… people lie, hide things and look evil in the eye and choose to go with it. Some people are just beyond saving"

"But these are just men following orders"

"Orders that said they should attack a school…. no normal person would be told to attack a school with nothing on the line and actually go through with it… these people will get their fucking paychecks at the end of day and many students here will be six feet under or in some lab being used as a rat"

Richard wasn't one to have mercy on animals like these. Soldiers are trained to protect the citizens of its nation but these ones were about to not only attack those citizens but the citizens in questions were all children…. hell the oldest here apart from wolverine was Scot and Jean and both were around the ages of 19-21.

"By the way, Miss Mactaggert, you never saw my face… do you understand….. rat me out and I swear to the one above all, I will kill you and every reincarnation that follows be it in this universe or the next" Richard said while facing the woman who was lying on the bed

With that, Richard suddenly leaped into the air and flew into the ceiling. Somehow managing to pass through the concrete without damaging it, Moira was still stunned by the fact that Richard was the mystery man on the news laid on the bed confused.

"Did he just threaten me?" Moira asked herself

"What did he mean by reincarnations… are you a mutant?" Jean asked somewhat disturbed by Richard's words

"How did he know?" Moira thought to herself and wanted to find out more but for some reason, she didn't want to risk it to investigate such an unknown being.

"Who is he?" Moira asked

Meanwhile several meters above the mansion, Richard could be seen floating as he waited for the helicopters to get within range. He wanted nothing more than just to straight up erase them from this world with his various weapons but that would make the US government feel justified in their actions so some words were needed.

[Sir the island you requested has been bought however I did manage to secure a much cheaper but bigger one] Queen spoke into Richard's mind
