Before I could finish my sentence, Orly's voice interrupted me from behind. I turned around to face him, crossing my arms to hide my growing nervousness.

There's something about this man that doesn't sit right with me. He's the strictest member of Theo's staff in this area, and it's unsettling.

"And why can't I enter her room?" I challenged boldly, keeping my gaze fixed on Alison's room. I don't know where this sudden surge of courage came from, but I desperately need to see and talk to her. I need to know if she's safe inside that room.
