In a world where power and wealth dictated one's fate, Eliana was born into a life of poverty, the daughter of a humble villager. Tragedy struck early when her mother passed away at just six years old, leaving a void that was quickly filled by her father's new wife-a ruthless duchess from the village. The duchess brought with her four children of her own: one son and three daughters, all spoiled and cruel. They despised Eliana for her destitute roots, treating her as little more than a burden. The duke, an eccentric man needing a wife merely to uphold appearances, accepted the arrangement without a second thought.
Little did the scheming duchess know the dark truth behind the man she so eagerly married off her stepdaughter to. The so-called duke was no mere nobleman; he was the Demon God himself, a being of unimaginable power who ruled over all creation. Feared by mortals and deities alike, his true nature was hidden behind the guise of a simple lord, using his estate as a place of respite from the burdens of his eternal dominion.

As someone who loves supernatural stories , this is a story one could dive in and get lost with it's fantasy as each chapter drive one the eagerness for another as the novel goes on.
i love the story, it starts slow paced showing but love how it expand to the other characters. cant wait to see more of this novel.
Only four chapters so far, but the story is starting off well. Likeable ML and FL as well. Hope the author keeps uploading and doesn't drop. Good luck.

A well written story. I appreciate that the author is really focused mainly on the emotions of the MLCs, instead of telling how they feel. Through the writing I have a very vivid and full feel of the characters. The grammar and editing is top notch, which is so wonderful! Great book and I'm looking forward to more of the same!
i love the book. the story up to know is a bit dark side but i likenit cant wait to see more.

While the story is an interesting one, I can't help but feel that it needs more details concerning the world it takes place in. Aside from that, I'm enjoying the way things are building up.
aight... i wont lie to u but i first thought that this was just like any other ordinary 18+ thingy but trust me its way more than that.. like its just... damn... ima read this until the end fr -_-

okay I always love a story where the girl has hardship and the strong male saves her. although we've seen this topic many times I always still enjoy it. I will say though that the Duke has taken so much time to begin saving the girl if it appears like weeks past between the first meeting randomly on the street while she was running away and taking her back home he knows that she's going to be abused there's no doubt yet he leaves and goes home and just thinks about it for way way too long. I do like that author has not disclosed yet what kind of supernatural being the Duke is and is drawing that out well
