Chapitre 3: MEET WITH HER FRIENDS
The woman looked down at a check-in her hand which made David raise an eyebrow.
He saw that the person in front of him was still frozen in place. He took a deep breath before finally speaking again.
"What's the matter? Didn't you come here to get the check-in in the first place? Then why do you seem like you don't even want it now?"
The words of a man in front of her made the woman realize. She pursed her lips for a moment before she finally looked up at David who was standing in front of her.
"I can't take it," said the woman, which made David widen. "This ... is too much for me."
David immediately frowned after hearing what the woman in front of him just said made him fold his arms across his chest.
"Hey, didn't you just say you didn't have a place to live a while ago?" he asked, shaking his head in surprise. "Now I've given you enough checks for you to buy the place you want to live!"
"It's not that easy," said the woman. "You think I'm stupid, huh? I know you have a plan for me."
One of David's eyebrows immediately rose after hearing what the person in front of him had just said.
The man was annoyed, it seemed that this was indeed not an ordinary woman so that now David could see how it was someone who was in front of him at this time who was so eager to maintain his existence here.
"But you have no right to live here!" David said firmly with his eyes staring intently at the person in front of him. "Look in the mirror! Where are you now, huh?! Don't you think you can control me! Now I'm sure whose side you are on!"
David quickly summoned a bodyguard to force a woman out who was in front of him at this time. He was fed up and he didn't want to see strangers in this Mansion anymore!
"Take her out of here, make sure this woman stays away from this place. I don't want any strangers to set foot in my Mansion again!"
"Very well, Mr. Young."
The woman saw several big and tall people starting to come towards her, she shook her head in disbelief at what someone was doing in front of her right now.
"No, I don't want to leave here! David, you'll regret it after this, I had a reason for coming here. You should know that!"
But David didn't listen and preferred to go to his room which was upstairs.
"DAVID," the woman shouted so loudly. "YOU WILL SURE YOU WILL REGRET AFTER THIS, JUST WAIT LATER!"
The man didn't care and kept walking upstairs until finally, David was actually in there.

When he arrived he immediately sighed, then massaged the bridge of his nose for a moment before actually walking to the bathroom to take a shower.
"Sigh, what a crazy woman. I'm pretty sure that Dad sent me a woman with a mental breakdown."
He slowly started to unzip his black coat, then button up his shirt before finally revealing his six-pack body.
After everything was done, David finally started to be able to put his body into the bathtub with warm water which made him immediately feel comfortable.
He immediately closed his eyes to enjoy the taste. He felt so comfortable that he forgot that his cell phone was ringing, so David opened his eyes spontaneously and looked to the side where the object was.
"Who's bothering me at this time of night? Huh, so annoying."
David immediately took his cellphone, he saw a name written on it so he who knew this immediately raised his eyebrows.
"Hello," he said.
"Why did you take so long to answer my calls, David?!"
"Hm, I'm sorry. What are you calling me for, huh?"
"I just landed in Indonesia, how about I just stay at your Mansion?"
David's eyes immediately widened after hearing what his best friend had just said.
"No, I don't want any more news after this. It's been enough for this long, I'm really tired."
There was a laugh from the other side which made David frown.
"I told you to just marry me, David. Besides, I've liked you for a long time, but you never reciprocated my feelings."
David who heard it immediately sighed. The man pinched the bridge of his nose for a moment before finally speaking again.
"Jane, don't make me feel even more guilty. I'm sorry, but ... I really can't accept it. You're my best friend, and I don't want to lose you either, so it's better if it stays like this."

On the other side, a woman named Jane immediately smiled after hearing what David said.
She understood that the man was so afraid of losing her that David couldn't change their status as more than just friends.
"Forget it, David. Oh, yeah, so what? Can I stay at your Mansion?"
David who heard it immediately sighed before finally, the man nodded his head even though Jane wouldn't be able to see it.
"Come, the Mansion door is wide open just for you, Jane."
Of course, hearing that made the woman smile so wide. She quickly rushed to go there because she also couldn't wait to meet her best friend.
"Alright, I'll be right over in a minute."
Remembering something, suddenly David immediately asked.
"Jane, what are you doing up here?" he asked with raised eyebrows.
Hearing that made the woman purse her lips for a moment before finally sighing.
"Hm ... looks like I'll just take a taxi," replied Jane. "That's okay, right?"
"Okay, be careful. Let me know if anything happens to you."
A smile was etched on Jane's face when she heard what David had just said.
It sounded casual, but to Jane, she knew very well that David was worried about him right now.
"Okay, thanks, David. Oh, yeah, you don't have to wait for me when you're sleepy, I ... will be fine, so you take it easy."
David's brow immediately furrowed after hearing what the person in front of him had just said.
"No, I'll still be waiting for you, Jane. You're more important than me, don't argue, okay?"
Jane immediately sighed in resignation, the woman nodded her head before finally speaking again.
"Yes, yes, fine. It's up to you, David. Then I'll turn off the phone, okay, see you at the Mansion."
"Hm," David said before finally ending the call.
Jane was currently waiting for the taxi she had ordered until the one she had been waiting for arrived and the woman quickly got into it.
