Chapitre 142: The Aftermath of the Nightmare

There was no way in hell I would be letting my kids be questioned at this time of the night. Not after they were kidnapped. They were already traumatized and hadn't eaten since they were taken. Apparently, the food that they gave to the kids also contained drugs. 

High enough to make them overdose. 

What they were able to make us do was go to the nearest hospital to have their blood taken. And examined. The staff was adamant that we stay in the hospital, but Nicole woke up screaming, while the staff had finished taking her blood. 

Everyone was startled and Duncan had to hold her to stop her from screaming. My heart broke and I wanted to wring their necks. When Nicole saw me, she was frantic and wanted to be with me. So I held her, while both of my boys watched with their eyes simmering with rage.
