Chapitre 111: Chpater 111: The Visit 1

Curled up with a sleeping Shawn next to me, a thousand thoughts ran through my mind.

We were at his beach house. Shawn had suggested we spend the night here since it was already quite late after Shawn told me something he has never told anyone

What happened was so sad. No one deserves to go through that at such a young age. 

But a part of me couldn't help but feel that his father was being selfish. He made sure to push all of the guilt on Shawn. He could have persuaded any other person other than his thirteen year old son, but he didn't. Or maybe he believed that Shawn was strong enough to handle it.

I truly believe this. If I were in Shawn's shoes, I would have had a mental breakdown. I wouldn't have been able to do it.

Turning around to face him gently, his hand that was wrapped around my waist slid off. I stared at his beautiful face in the moonlit room, a sad smile coming onto my face.
