Chapitre 221: The Transfer of Goods

***ALEX'S POV***

Me and all the other hostages were being taken to the back of the ballroom to wait for our new owners. And that was what those big burly assholes were calling them. That and masters. The first woman that had been sold was still sobbing and I heard a man slam his hand against the side of her cage and yell at her.

"I hope that new master of yours will break you quickly. That sobbing is pathetic."

"You're a fucking asshole." I snapped at him as I rattled my own cage.

"And you're a stuck up bitch that needs some sense fucked into her. You need to understand the way the world works. You knew that this was going to happen, you all did. You came here for a reason and now you've been sold. Deal with it, you damned cunt." He snarled and growled at me as he spoke. Spittle was flying from his mouth in anger, but I didn't flinch from him at all. I wasn't going to let him intimidate me.
