Edwin put his leg on the way causing ariana to trample with the glass of water she was holding "am sorry" she apologized eric was suddenly kneeling beside her, he tried to help her but she glare at him as she ran out in tears
Edwin could feel beth giving him a deadly glare "you should go back to your family Edwin"
Eric don't know what to do, he love ariana and doesn't want to hurt her but it was obvious he did, his heart breaks into thousand piece when he remember the look in her eyes
Leah don't know why she felt so sorry for anne , she held her in her arms as she weep
"stop crying because of him ariana" she muttered
Ariana got shocked as she stare at her "ariana" its been long since she was called by her real name , she wished she is ariana right now
Tyler was staring at beth as she took him round lancelot, he smiled at her as he held her hands as he lean close to her before kissing her
"am happy to see you my love"
Tyler found her families nice and caring expect from the sad looking prince and his fiancée who kept staring at him with lust in her eyes he scoffed as beth turn to Bernice and glare at her , eric left the gathering his mother was sad she could tell he love the servant girl
"excuse me"
He kept searching for ariana , matilda told him where he could find her he hurried out while riding his stallion , leah was staring at the prince who kept staring at her then she look away and found ariana
'anne' he said
'lets go leah' she grab her hand and drag her away
'you cant continue to avoid him ariana talk to him'
'I have to'
Eric ran and grab her leah excused him as he drag ariana deep into the woods "let go off me!" she yell
"listen to me anne we need to talk please listen to me"
She wiggle free from his hold and slap him hard on his face "don't you dare touch me, I hate you eric go away!!!
He hate the word coming out of her mouth as he watch her leave , she turn back and threw his ring at him as she glare at him
"Mayhap am just a servant girl having a dream that someone like you would love me when all you wanted was someone to warm your bed while your beloved is away"
"anne listen to me" he said helplessly
"its over if that's what you will say I already know , you were quite happy with her I wanted….." she broke in tears he wanted to comfort her but got rejection
"I love you anne and not her"
"I saw you kissing her!' yelled in frustration "I wanted an explanation …I came…I came , hoping you did tell me it was a lie that am all that matters to you and we could even elope together and start our lives a new forgetting who we are b…ut I was a fool to believe such things eric….i found you both kissing …just stay out of my life"
She stare at him for the last time as she walk away in tears eric fell on his kneels as he weep in frustration
He remembered how Bernice kissed him unexpectedly but he pushed her away although he was carried away but then he remembered her and why on earth did she have to appear at that time
Tyler returned to airangon he has promised beth that he would come for her brother birthday
Bernice was furious at eric each time he kept rejecting her and kept shifting their wedding date
Beth went to the maid quarters and found ariana in leah arms , she was speechless when she saw leah who bow and greet her she went and hug ariana as she smiled bitterly at her "am so sorry I couldn't I didn't come, prince charming came and I was occupied"
"you don't have to be here my lady"
"eric loves you and he wants to be with you, anne lets go back to the castle I need you there"
"I cant , I cant go back there it hurts"
"your friend can come along"
"am not going there please"
"Eric needs you, you cant imagine how sad and bad he feels that damn wench kept forcing herself on him"
Beth managed to convince leah until she agree to come with her along with leah
Bernice couldn't stand the sight of ariana each time she serve their meal eric kept staring at her , she have caught him severally looking at the maid
Eric was waiting for ariana in the garden leah had promise to lure her to the garden
"what do you want to do there"
"it's a nice place ariana let's go"
Ever since she met leah she feel complete and happy and she sometimes remind her she was ariana and not anne
She went shocked when she saw eric standing there in the garden ; she wanted to leave but leah grab her hand and told her not to
She excused them, eric kept walking towards her she could see the dark circles around his eyes, he look sick and weak she realize she miss him too much, her body was reacting to quick she flinch when she felt his hand on her shoulder
"anne'
She could see tears coming down his cheeks as he went on his kneels he was holding her hands while crying
"please anne don't leave me"
"oh…eric' she burst into tears as she pull him up "please stand up"
He stood up as she pull him close to her as she weep bitterly
"am sorry I made you cry"
He lean close to her and kissed her , she parted her lips giving him the access to earn her mouth further
Bernice gaze was on the ring in eric's finger and she found ariana with the same ring
"what is going on here?"
"what"
"Eric are you having an affair with that wench maid"
'Stop calling her a wench, she is the woman I love and want to spend the rest of my life with"
'what about me?'
"I don't love you and you know it too well"
She stomped into the king chamber and found him making love with his wife
"damnation your majesty"
"get out you manner less wench' Isabel muttered as she cover herself with a blanket
Bernice was furious when she saw eric making love with ariana she clench her fist as she order some men to have ariana killed
"where are you coming from ?"
Ariana halt when she saw Bernice approaching her "That's none of your business my lady"
She got shocked when she felt the sharp pain on her cheek, she raised her hand to slap her then she remembered she was not ariana
"Guards throw this wench into the dungeon"
The guards didn't flinch at her order Eric came behind them as he walk between them before slapping Bernice on her cheek
"Don't you dare touch my woman!" he thundered
