"Okay." I took a deep calming breath and looked up to meet his grey eyes. "I need your help." It was difficult for me to ask someone for their help, especially when that someone was Phraser Ronan, but Prof. Milford wasn't kidding when he said BMGC was a tough subject. I'd spent three hours inside that big classroom, listening to each and every word he had said, and yet I was still as clueless as to when I first stepped into the classroom. Yes, it had been that horrible.
Phraser smirked, clearly finding my misery amusing. "What do you want me to help?"
"Teach me whatever Prof. Milford was trying to say, back there." I pointed my thumb at the building behind me where my class was held earlier. "How am I going to pass this subject if I have no idea what he was on about?"
The devil laughed. And I had an overwhelming urge to kick him.
Surprise, surprise! Except that it wasn't really a surprise, I felt that some of you might've guessed this (damn, I need a better plot) but I still went along with the old-fashioned style of showing off your new girl in front of your old girl.
I hope y'all enjoy this chapter! I know, I know, I forgot to publish one yesterday. One of you has kindly mentioned that she needs an update, and an update she shall get!
My final exam is coming (in May, but still) and I've been spending an awful lot of time in the library (hence the name 'library monk'). The thing about my uni is that only the final exam results matter. It's truly a 'do or die' thing (which I sadly have to endure). Anyway, you surely didn't come here to listen to my rants, please do let me know in comments about what you think of this chapter :) Your support means the world to me, something I would never take for granted.
I didn't say this very often (since most of the time I let the heart emoji speaks for itself) but...I really, truly, love you. It's a privilege to be your author and to have my books read by you.
